Do you want to map how the work is done and make it simpler and better? We are looking for business process developers ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for companies improving how they work. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a business process developer you will, among other things:
- map and analyse processes together with employees and managers
- propose improvements and take them from idea to finished solution
- write requirements and support the rollout of new IT systems
- follow up results with key figures and make sure the changes work day to day
What we are looking for
You are analytical, structured and good at driving change together with others. We are looking for someone with:
- a degree in business, information systems, industrial management or similar
- at least three years of experience in business process development or change management
- experience running projects and workshops
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
