Transport administrator wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Do you like keeping bookings, documents and invoices in order? We are looking for transport administrators ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for hauliers, forwarders and shippers. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a transport administrator you will, among other things:
- take and register bookings in the transport management system
- prepare consignment notes, customs paperwork and other transport documents
- check completed shipments and compile the invoicing data
- answer questions and handle complaints from customers
What we are looking for
You are thorough, systematic and service-minded. We are looking for someone with:
- experience of administration in transport, forwarding or logistics
- good computer skills, ideally with a transport management system (TMS)
- knowledge of transport documents and Incoterms (a plus)
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
