IT support technician wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Are you the one your colleagues ask when their computer stops working? We are looking for IT support technicians ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for IT providers and companies with their own IT support. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As an IT support technician you will, among other things:
- answer questions and solve problems by phone, chat and email
- troubleshoot computers, mobile phones, software and access rights
- log and follow up each ticket until it is resolved
- document solutions and hand over harder tickets to second-line support
What we are looking for
You are service-minded, patient and good at explaining things. We are looking for someone with:
- experience in customer service, IT support or a help desk
- good knowledge of Windows and common office software
- knowledge of ITIL or experience with ticketing systems (a plus)
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
