Construction project manager wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Do you want full responsibility for projects from cost estimate to final inspection? We are looking for construction project managers ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for construction and civil engineering companies. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a construction project manager you will, among other things:
- plan and lead projects from design to handover
- be responsible for the project plan, budget and financial follow-up
- coordinate the project owner, consultants, subcontractors and authorities
- follow up quality, safety and change orders
What we are looking for
You are structured, decisive and a clear leader. We are looking for someone with:
- at least three years of experience leading construction or civil engineering projects
- good knowledge of construction contract law and project cost control
- a degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience
- a category B driving licence and good spoken and written Swedish
