Payroll administrator wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Do you want to be responsible for getting pay right, from timesheet to payout? We are looking for payroll administrators ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for companies with their own payroll team and payroll bureaus. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a payroll administrator you will, among other things:
- record absence, timesheets and new hires in the payroll system
- run the payroll and check that the results are correct
- apply collective agreements and the rules on tax, sick pay and holiday
- file employer declarations and answer questions from employees and managers
What we are looking for
You are thorough, discreet and service-minded. We are looking for someone with:
- training in payroll or finance, for example from a higher vocational programme
- at least two years of experience in payroll administration and collective agreements
- experience with payroll systems and a good command of Excel
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
