Do you like helping customers and solving their problems? We are looking for customer service representatives ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for retail, service and e-commerce companies. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a customer service representative you will, among other things:
- answer customers’ questions by phone, chat and email
- help with orders, deliveries, returns and complaints
- log cases in the customer system and follow them up until they are resolved
- pass customer feedback on to the right person in the company
What we are looking for
You are service-minded, patient and thorough. We are looking for someone with:
- experience in customer service, for example from a contact centre, a shop or a restaurant
- completed upper secondary education
- good computer skills and experience working in several systems at once
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
