Do you want to turn user needs into requirements that developers can build from? We are looking for requirements analysts ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for companies and IT departments building new systems. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a requirements analyst you will, among other things:
- find out what users need through interviews, workshops and observation
- write requirements and user stories that can be built and tested
- prioritise requirements together with product owners and developers
- test the solution with users and check that it works for them
What we are looking for
You are curious, good at explaining things and a good listener. We are looking for someone with:
- at least two years of experience in requirements analysis, business analysis or similar
- experience working in agile teams and modelling processes and flows
- a degree in information systems, informatics or similar
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
