HR specialist wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Do you want to support managers on employment law, the work environment and rehabilitation? We are looking for HR specialists ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for manufacturing, trading and service companies. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As an HR specialist you will, among other things:
- advise managers on employment law and personnel matters
- run recruitment processes and onboard new employees
- work on rehabilitation cases together with managers and occupational health services
- handle work environment issues and cooperate with the trade unions
What we are looking for
You are attentive, clear and confident in difficult conversations. We are looking for someone with:
- a degree in human resource management or similar
- at least three years of experience in operational HR work
- good knowledge of Swedish employment law, such as LAS and MBL
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
