Sales manager wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Do you want to lead a sales team and take responsibility for the results? We are looking for sales managers ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for companies that sell to other businesses. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As a sales manager you will, among other things:
- lead and coach the salespeople and follow up their results
- be responsible for the budget, forecasts and sales follow-up
- set targets and sales plans together with management
- drive larger deals and key customer relationships yourself
What we are looking for
You are a clear leader, commercially minded and keen to develop your people. We are looking for someone with:
- several years of experience selling to businesses
- experience leading salespeople, as a manager or team leader
- experience running sales by key metrics
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
