Accounts assistant wanted for upcoming assignments in Stockholm

Do you enjoy keeping invoices, payments and accounts in order? We are looking for accounts assistants ahead of upcoming recruitment assignments at companies in Stockholm.
About the role
We recruit for companies with their own finance team and accounting firms. These are direct hires: the company employs you, and Keystone runs the recruitment.
As an accounts assistant you will, among other things:
- handle accounts payable, from incoming invoice to payment
- invoice customers and follow up payments in accounts receivable
- do day-to-day bookkeeping and basic reconciliations
- help with the month-end close and answer questions about invoices and payments
What we are looking for
You are thorough, structured and service-minded. We are looking for someone with:
- upper secondary or higher vocational education in business or accounting
- experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- experience with accounting systems and a good command of Excel
- good spoken and written Swedish and English
